Buy directly in one of our branches in Madrid (C/ Cid 3), Valencia (C/ Isabel la Católica 8), Barcelona (Pº de Gracia 85) or Málaga (C/Marqués de Larios 3, 1º).

As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. We will check availability of the requested items and send you by return our order confirmation.
We would ask you to sign the order confirmation and send it back to us, along with a copy of your DNI or passport to Oro Direct fax line 902 111 338.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Option 1: Delivery against cash payment at sight:
If you have chosen delivery against cash payment at sight, we will be sending you the gold on the same day in the afternoon to the location specified on your purchase order.

Option 2: Payment in advance against OMF bank transfer via the Central Bank of Spain:
Please instruct your bank to transfer the invoice amount as an OMF bank transfer via the CENTRAL BANK OF SPAIN (Órdenes de movimientos de fondos).  This is important, as your funds must arrive on the same day that you placed the order. 

To assure a secured personalised delivery, a fund of 50 Euros has rested and has to be paid at delivery.

IMPORTANT: Remember that, for your funds to arrive on the day of your order, the transfer must be made through the Central Bank of Spain.  

You will receive an email from us confirming that your funds have been received.

Upon receipt of your signed order confirmation and copy of your ID (DNI/passport) and after receipt of your funds by our bank if you are paying in advance by bank transfer, we will send an authorization to the transport company to deliver your gold to the address and person indicated on your order. You will receive a SMS confirming that your order has been sent.

An employee from the transport company will contact you to arrange an appointment to deliver the gold as soon as possible.

The transport company packs the gold in a sealed and transparent safebag to ensure contents are clearly visible. The gold is transported in an armoured vehicle to the requested delivery location (for large orders only), and handed out only to the person specified in the order confirmation. For your protection, proof of identity will be requested. 

SO PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO HAVE YOUR PASSPORT OR DNI READY!
