| What happens if I am placing my orders outside the office working time? |

Your order will be confirmed on the following business day at rates in accordance to the opening morning gold fixing prices (morning fix). subir

| What happens if my bank transfer arrives late and it is not received on the day of my purchase? |

You will then receive a revised order confirmation.
Your order will be revised in accordance to the current gold fixing prices published by Oro Direct at that moment.

| Is there a minimum order quantity? |

| Is there a maximum amount which I can purchase? |
Due to insurance coverage reasons, the maximum amount per transaction is limited to 500.000,- EUR per transaction. subir

| Do I pay the same price if I am buying 100 grams of Gold or 5.000 grams? |

Our gold prices are the same regardless the purchased quantity. However, your unit purchase price decreases the more you purchase, as the handling and transport costs are distributed among a larger amount of gold.

| Are there any additional costs or commissions for delivery or storage? |
|
No. All costs related to delivery or storage are already included in your final price, what you see is what you pay.

| When do I receive my Gold? |
|
All the Gold is already physically available and stored in the safety vaults in Madrid, Valencia and Barcelona.
The gold delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days, except Canary Islands where delivery will take some additional days.
In case of extremely unfavorable weather conditions (snow, ice etc.), it could take an additional 1 – 2 days. Should any delivery delays occur, you will be informed personally by an Oro Direct representative.

| Do you deliver anywhere in the Iberian Peninsula? |
Yes. We can deliver to any location in the Iberian Peninsula. The detail of transport costs per destination will be shown in the online shop. You will receive information automatically of the estimating delivery date of your gold when your order is confirmed. subir

| What happens if the Gold price changes? |
|
Gold price fluctuates on a constant basis, just like any other commodity (oil, sugar, silver, etc). We offer to our clients the opportunity to purchase gold at a daily-updated fixed price, during the morning trading hours..
If you place your orders during our trading hours (Monday - Friday. 9.00 am – 18.00 am), you will be able purchase gold at that price, regardless of any gold price fluctuations that may occur during this period.
Remember: Your order payment, whether cash payment or OMF transfer, must be received on the purchasing date in order to guarantee the confirmed price.
It is not possible to change the agreed price at a later stage. subir

| Which forms of payment are allowed? |

We accept only OMF bank transfers VIA THE BANK OF SPAIN. In case of payment against delivery of the gold, we accept cash. We do not accept credit cards, personal checks or money orders. subir

| My gold has not arrived within 3 working days after payment, what can I do? |
Please call immediately the customer service center ( 902 111 337), state your name and order number. Our staff from the service center will contact the transport company and inform you when exactly your delivery will arrive. subir

| What happens if the gold that I ordered does not correspond to the content of the safe bag, what can I do? |
|
The preparation of the safebag that contains the gold is done inside the safety vaults of Esabe. The whole operation is always recorded on video tape and there is a separated video tape for each individual safebag.
The safebag is fully transparent as well as packing of the gold. We ask that you please review the safebag contents FIRST from outside and check, BEFORE OPENING, that the amount of gold is correct.
In the very unlikely case, that the amount of gold delivered does not correspond to the amount paid and purchased, please contact immediately our customer service center at 902 111 337.

| What happens with my personal data? |

Please rest assured, that we treating your personal data with utmost care and confidentiality, Oro Direct fully complies with Law 15/99 on Personal Data Protection.
Due to money laundering regulations, we are obliged to ask for proof of identification and keep this record during at least 5 calendar years. We are obliged to furnish this information to authorized government institutions upon request.
